The CivicsPro app and website are designed to help individuals study for the U.S. Naturalization civics test. The content is for educational and study purposes only. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The CivicsPro app offers optional premium features available through a subscription or one-time lifetime purchase, processed via the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• We do not process payments directly — all billing is handled by Apple
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy

4. Physical Products

Physical flashcard products sold through Amazon.com are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions. Silver Valley Solutions LLC is the seller of record for those products. For product issues, contact us at info@uscivicstest.us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the CivicsPro app and website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and the app itself — is the property of Silver Valley Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

The 128 civics questions used in the app are sourced from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) public materials, which are in the public domain.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will prepare you to pass the naturalization interview. Study outcomes depend on individual effort.
